The Word Of God Is Our Guide

The Scripture tells us to "beware of false teachers." But how do we know? Certainly not by their popularity because many false teachers are very popular. Not by the size of their church, because many false teachers pastor large churches. Then how? God actually spells this out very clearly in Scripture. 

He said of new Christians in the city of Berea, "Now the Bereans were more noble than their brothers, because they tested everything they heard against the Scriptures to see if it was true." Friend, if you hear two pastors or churches teaching different things, go straight to your Bible to find out what is true.

Never stay in a church that preaches what is false. This includes all of those flying homosexual flags, all of those inviting godless, pro-abortion politicians to speak, and all of those insisting that you come to a special religious person to be absolved of your sins. How do I know? I tested these things against the Scriptures to see if they were true... The Word of God is our guide. Be blessed! -Pastor Brad
