Navigate Today's Path
When I squeezed the trigger, the ram simply rolled over. I couldn't believe I had my first Dall sheep. Thanks to my partner Tim Hand, the day before I had learned how to descend a shale slide. This was fortunate because there was NO other way to reach my ram. If I had not already done this once, it would never have occurred to me to try. The mountain was so steep that it looked like I was stepping off to my death.
Most of the shale was 3 to 6 inches deep, so I was able to 'crow hop' sideways as I was sliding down the vertical chute. In this way I managed to arrive at my sheep. Sometimes in life, the DIFFICULT path is the ONLY path. Perhaps you're in one of those hard places right now. Don't despair. Keep your chin up. God will always give you enough wisdom to take the next right step.
True, tomorrow's questions may remain unanswered all day, but you WILL be able to navigate today's path. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 "Be JOYFUL always. PRAY continually. Give THANKS in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus." Be blessed! -Pastor Brad
