Don't Miss Out
I just got back from an amazing weekend with 50 other men. Pastor Dean Burris challenged us with great messages on Biblical Masculinity. We had ring toss contests and ping pong, golf on the lake and trap shooting. Men played board games and cribbage, skied and rode snowmachines... We had incredible times of worship, laughed together, made new friendships and strengthened ties with those we already knew.
God created us to be in relationship with our spouse and family, but he also created men to share life with other men. He created women to share life with other women. In our segmented culture, we don't do enough of this. Our signature verse for the weekend was Proverbs 27:17- "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another." Over the last several days we were sharpened by godly men. Don't miss out on these opportunities, and you will be blessed! -Pastor Brad
