Worship Him

Men, in general, are more reserved when it comes to singing out loud in front of other people. In worship, this can cause us to become more SELF- conscious than we are GOD- conscious. But don't imagine it's because Christian men won't worship. We love it when ours is one of many voices that become ONE voice. This is what happens when you fill a room with godly men... or godly women... or Christ followers of any age from any culture.

First and foremost, worship is an act of LOVE. Secondly, it is an act of GRATITUDE. Finally, it is an act of PRAISE. When a person's heart is full of love, gratitude and praise, worship NATURALLY POURS OUT of them. It cannot be contained. Jesus said in Luke 6:45, "For out of the overflow of the heart, the mouth speaks." Does your heart overflow with love, gratitude, and praise for Jesus Christ, or does it overflow with apathy, complaining, and criticism?

Ouch! Do you need reminders from the word of God?
"Love the Lord your God with all of your heart, soul, mind, and strength."
"Give thanks in all circumstances."
"Rejoice in the Lord always."
"His praise will ever be on my lips."
WORSHIP HIM, and you will be blessed! -Pastor Brad
