Much Loved
They say that a picture is worth a 1,000 words. Sometimes a picture seems to perfectly capture the innocence of a child. There is something a little surreal- holy- about that moment in time. Somehow, deep within us, we all recognize that this is how life is supposed to be. In that innocence we see a glimmer of perfection- of what it means to be created in the image of God- wonderfully and marvelously made. When you look at a young child, allow your heart to be captivated with wonder.
And remember- when God looks at you He sees that beautiful, innocent child- he has not forgotten. In his eyes you ARE who you WERE. A sinner by nature, true, but MUCH LOVED, precious in his sight. Zephania 3:17 says, "The Lord your God is with you. He is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you. He will quiet you with his love. He will rejoice over you with singing."
