Receive His Peace
We've talked about joy, but do you have PEACE? In other words, do you have the ability to set your struggles and your longings on the shelf, accept where you are in life at this moment, and simply be your best YOU today? This is what it means to live by faith, not by sight (2 Cor. 5:7). In spite of our challenges, we are blessed beyond measure and have an amazing life ahead of us.
This is why, even in the middle of trials, we can have genuine joy and peace. PEACE is simply JOY at rest. JOY is simply PEACE dancing. In John 14:27 Jesus said, "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." Receive his peace- live by FAITH- and you will be blessed! -Pastor Brad
