What comes to mind when you think of Vacation Bible School? We just wrapped up an incredible week of pouring Jesus into children. We had over 200 volunteers, including more than 50 teenagers. We had over 400 children in attendance. We had a worship team and drama team and kitchen team and outside activities team. We had teachers and craft leaders and clean-up crews. We had a tech team that included lights and sound and video, photography and social media- even producing our own videos. Why? Because children are open to hearing about Jesus.
To them, following Christ is the most natural thing in the world... but someone needs to TELL them! We praise God for every child who came to Christ this week, for every family who drew closer because of the excitement of their children, and for every staff member and volunteer who made it happen! Jesus said of children, "The Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these." Invest in the spiritual lives of your children, and you (and THEY) will be blessed! -Pastor Brad
