Do The Right Things

One primary key to a productive life is repetition. But then, repetition is also one primary cause of a destructive life. You see, when you do a good thing again and again, you develop a HABIT, and your habits form your LIFE. Repeating good things- healthy things- is like putting money in the bank. When times get hard or you face BIG challenges, you have an 'account' to draw from. Good habits positively impact your spiritual, emotional and physical health. You become happier, more productive and experience higher levels of joy and peace. Bad habits lead to poor health, heartache and a lifetime of missed opportunities.
I posted a photo this week of climbing Bear Mountain with our youth group. One of our leaders, Steph Conger, started climbing as a teenager and still climbs every week today. I just found a photo showing her rocking this same climb with a youth group fifteen years ago. Good habits produce a healthy life. Do the right things, and KEEP doing them, and you will be blessed! -Pastor Brad
