Hearts Are Refreshed
It seems that everywhere on earth has its own scent. Alaska is that way for me. It smells like HOME. So much of our culture today doesn't understand that feeling. So many homes are filled with stress and anger and disappointment that a large number of people have a longing to 'get away' from what they think of as home.
So let me tell you what home SHOULD be. It should be a place of REFUGE, of PEACE, and of LAUGHTER. It should be the place where others are always excited to see you, where meals and memories are about being together, and where you can share one another's joys and burdens.
If you did not come from a home like this, praise God that you have the opportunity to do your best to create one! Make your home a place where HEARTS ARE REFRESHED, and you (and they) will be blessed! -Pastor Brad
