Teach, Equip, & Inspire

On this New Year's Day in the year 2025 I once again wonder, "How long, Jesus? How long until you return for those who love you?" Those who are wise WAIT and WATCH for his return. A part of us longs for it, but we do much more than that. We wait and we watch and we WORK. Jesus said, "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field."

The problem has never been with the harvest field. We are surrounded by unsaved people who desperately need the life Christ offers. But where are the witnesses? Where are those faithful followers who get up in the morning, put on the armor of God, and go to work? Our church has MANY- and for that, I am thankful.

My prayer for the New Year is, "Lord, help me to TEACH our people the need, to EQUIP them for the work, and to INSPIRE them to go. In Jesus' name, amen." Join me in the harvest field that is right outside our doors! Be blessed! -Pastor Brad
