Be A Kingdom Worker

An exhale... holding steady... a moment of intense focus... and my ram was down. After a flash of exultation and giving thanks to God, this is where the real work began. Climbing is hard work. Packing a Dall sheep off of mountain by yourself is harder. Perhaps you've heard the old saying, "Anything worth having is worth working for."

The Bible talks about the positive payoff of diligence and hard work. Even as a captive and a prisoner, God rewarded a young man named Joseph because he was determined to be the very best prisoner that he could be. He was diligent. He was hard-working. He was unjustly imprisoned for years, and yet he chose not to become bitter and angry. He simply made the very best of his difficult circumstances.

I can do that. YOU can do that. Work hard. Be productive. Don't need a job? Find a place to volunteer. Thousands of people need what you bring to the table. The first gift that God gave Adam in the Garden of Eden was WORK. Be a Kingdom worker, and you will be blessed! -Pastor Brad
