Remember Thank & Praise God

My dad was not accustomed to packing meat, so I gave him a big front shoulder and those giant antlers to pack. I had 2 hind quarters, a front, the backstrap and all of the boned out meat in mine. I'd done this many times, but I was pleased that my dad had the 'full' Alaska experience of packing meat a long distance. He left those antlers with me in Alaska, and years later a friend of mine offered to mount them in exchange for taking him on a dall sheep hunt. That massive bull is now a 3D memory in my house.

It's important that we remember the good things in our lives. In fact, after the Lord brought the nation of Israel out of slavery in Egypt, he told them to set up a pillar of 12 smooth stones as a reminder to tell their children in future generations what God had done for them. Friend, God has been working in your whole life. He's been drawing you, protecting you, showing himself to you again and again. But do you know him? Do you think to remember all he has done for you? Remembering God- thanking and praising him- is the most powerful 'ingredient for good' that you can add to your life. Pause for a moment to REMEMBER and give thanks, and you will be blessed! -Pastor Brad
