Receive Jesus

And so the morning came. For all the world (except for a special few) it seemed just like any other day.... but it wasn't like any other day... it was the day that changed the world. 

"For unto us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace." -Isaiah 9:6

These words, written many centuries before the first Christmas morning, were written for us. To US a child is born. To US a son is given. Jesus IS the gift of Christmas, but like any other gift, it only has value to the one who receives it. A gift must be received. 

After all, BELIEVING in a gift doesn't make it yours. RECEIVE Jesus. Ask him to forgive you and save you. RECEIVE him as your personal Lord and SAVIOR, and you will be blessed! -Pastor Brad
