Simply Obey
I won't have an untrained dog. "Come," "Sit," and, "Stay" are non-negotiable. And I don't mean, "Come if you feel like it," or, "Come when you get around to it." When I say, "Come!" I expect to see a dog running for me. This requires time and intentional training. But the payoff is huge.
I NEVER have a dog who runs off. I NEVER have to be concerned about hiking with my dogs off-leash. And I NEVER have the frustration of driving around the neighborhood trying to catch a disobedient dog. That means I ALWAYS get to enjoy the benefits of having a dog with little or none of the frustration. it also means that my dogs are happier and less stressed.
As with you and me, OBEDIENCE PRECEDES the BLESSING. If you want to be free from financial stress and worry- obedience precedes the blessing- tithe and give generously. You will quickly learn that "godliness with contentment is great gain." (1 Timothy 6:6) This applies to every area of life where God has spoken. Simply obey. Do this, and the blessing WILL come! -Pastor Brad
