The Way Is Open

Alaska has more public land than you could walk in a lifetime. It has more mountain peaks than you could ever climb. It has more lakes than you could ever fish. We have a 'super abundance' of wilderness, but how do we ACCESS this abundance? There are so many roads going in and out of Los Angeles that google can't even give you a number. But Anchorage has 2 roads, one north and one south. We have over 200 communities (including Juneau, our capital) with no road access. So much to experience, but how? The answer isn't easy, but it certainly isn't complicated.

It's simple- you have to be INTENTIONAL. You have to CHOOSE a destination and REALLY WANT to get there. The same is true in our spiritual lives. God has poured out his Holy Spirit. He has poured out his love. He has poured out his forgiveness. He has poured out HIMSELF. Our problem has never been abundance, but are you ACCESSING all of these beautiful things GOD offers? if you are not experiencing his love and forgiveness, if you are not experiencing his power, there can only be one reason- you are not INTENTIONALLY seeking God because you don't truly WANT the life he offers.

Oh, in your mind you may want it- in your wishes and daydreams- but when it comes right down to it, you're AFRAID to SURRENDER EVERYTHING to Christ. Why? Because there is only one road, one path, one gate, one WAY. Jesus said, "I am the WAY and the TRUTH and the LIFE. No one comes to the Father except through me." Friend, the ABUNDANT LIFE is there right before you. The WAY is open. Come to Jesus, and you will be blessed! -Pastor Brad
