Pray
Drawing a blank. Have you ever been in a situation where you really wanted to say something- felt like you needed to say something- but your mind was absolutely at a loss? Later, after the opportunity is behind you, the thoughts come flooding in! 'Drawing a blank' is a natural response to stress, but it can most certainly be overcome. How? By training yourself to PRAY for the other person even in the moment.
And get this- when you PRAY for someone, you ALWAYS say the right words! No matter what you say- anything directed to God on behalf of another person (even an unpleasant person who's in front of you) Is the RIGHT thing! Circumstances are important. Getting the truth out there is important. But PEOPLE are even more important! When you find your mind going 'empty' PRAY... and you will be blessed! -Pastor Brad
