Live This Way

Isn't it great to laugh? To be with good friends or loved ones in a joyful atmosphere builds us up- it literally strengthens us. God did not simply command feast DAYS, He commanded WHOLE WEEKS be given simply to celebrating his goodness with one another. These were parties in the very best sense of the word. All business and work was put on hold, they broke out the food and the musical instruments, and everyone gathered every day. JOY. 

Imagine the memories that were built... new ones... several times every year. They always had something good to look back on and something good to look forward to. Last night, a couple hundred of us gathered to hear Christian comedian Kenn Kington. We laughed for nearly an hour and then heard a powerful testimony of God's goodness. 

Schedule a little fun into your life. Gather with some friends, tell funny stories, play a game, or just enjoy each other's company. Thank God when you gather. Honor him throughout your time together, and thank Him when you say goodbye. Live this way, and you will be blessed! -Pastor Brad
