Stand For Truth
Heavy frost and stars shining brilliantly against a black sky. The Big Dipper is directly overhead and looks almost close enough to touch. In less than 2 hours we'll have a beautiful sunrise. Jesus once criticized people saying that they could read the signs in the sky and know the coming weather, but couldn't read the spiritual signs that were all around them. It's true. While America's depravity and open hostility to law and order has reached levels that make it impossible for our society to survive, much of the church continues to say, "Don't get involved. This is not our concern."
But friends, when the schools we pay for teach our 5 year olds that boys can be girls and girls can be boys- when they can whisk our daughters off for abortions without our knowledge or consent- when they can permanently mutilate our children after confusing them about their gender- how is that NOT our concern? Read the signs, but don't despair. Live with URGENCY, not with anger.
I believe that more people may be saved in the next 5 years than were saved in the last 50! Get involved. Stand for truth. Let the love of Christ literally pour out of you as you stand for righteousness, even combating evil when necessary, all to point people to Christ. Be blessed! -Pastor Brad
