He Is With You Now
I managed to stay on the bull- just a glimpse here and there as he made a beeline through the timber. I got a good look at him when I first saw him, and I knew this was a legal bull. When he stepped behind a small patch of low-to-the-ground spruce trees, I steadied my rifle against a birch tree and waited. I couldn't SEE him, but I KNEW I had him. It's actually very common for us to KNOW that we have something that we can't SEE. It may be money in the bank or a child who's away at college.
This is also true of our faith in Christ. 1 Peter 1:8-9 says, "Though you have not seen him, you love him. Though you do not see him now, you believe in him, and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, for you are receiving the end result of your faith- the salvation of your souls." Friends, God HAS PROVEN his love for us, He IS PROVING his faithfulness, and he WILL PROVE that every promise he made is true. Trust him. Though you can't see him, He IS WITH YOU NOW!
