Devote Yourself To The Best Thing
What really matters to you? Making money? Having fun? Finding the right person to marry? Getting a good job? Those are all good things. But think about the only PERFECT life- consider Jesus. He wasn't focused on making money or having fun or stepping into the right career, and he never got married. When we devote ourselves to pursuing GOOD things in life, it is easy to miss out on the BEST thing- the only thing that matters for eternity.
What matters most? Saving faith in Jesus Christ, and how well you share that faith with others. Satan is roaring. His time is short. The world is becoming more wicked and depraved, and lost people desperately need a Savior. Love them enough to tell them about Jesus- take a deep breath and have that hard conversation. Enjoy life's good things, yes, but DEVOTE YOURSELF to the BEST thing, and you will be blessed! -Pastor Brad
