Live A Holy Life
Hunting Alaska's Dall Sheep was a new experience for me. I was lying on my belly on top of a mountain 'glassing' a small band of ewes and lambs when I decided to set up my spotting scope for a closer look. I barely had them in focus when they began to run as though their lives depended on it. When danger comes, their only defense is to FLEE. When it comes to maintaining moral purity, this is also OUR defense. RUN!
God created sex, and he created it to be 'very good' between a husband and a wife. All sex that is outside God's boundaries is not only harmful, but if EMBRACED, it will destroy you. In our modern culture maintaining purity can be hard, but believe me, it is the pathway to STRENGTH.
You not only have the blessing of a clear conscience, but more importantly, you maintain an intimacy with Christ that is broken by intentional sin. God has given you his Spirit. By this same Spirit, you have both the wisdom and the power to live a holy life! Be blessed! -Pastor Brad
